David Harden has been a member of the Recruiting.com team for more than 10 years. When he joined the company in 2005, he worked primarily with inside and outside sales out of Tucson, Arizona. He later moved to the Los Angeles office to help grow the Southern California markets as a Senior Employment Marketing Consultant. Two years later he returned to Phoenix to begin work with the Client Services team where he built out a focus and specialization in the healthcare industry.
Today, David serves as the Director of Client success. In this role he oversees the team of Client Engagement Coordinators and works with clients on career sites and brand strategy from inception throughout the lifecycle. David loves Recruiting.com’s scope of clients which range from small to enterprise businesses and the ability to learn and help those organizations with their unique challenges. His favorite thing about the company is the opportunity to make an impact by connecting candidates and job seekers to jobs they love in a way that can change their lives.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona and has completed Executive Education courses at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the University of Wisconsin. He holds his Executive MBA from Arizona State University.
