Some really powerful stats here that all those who are part of recruiting process need to look into.
But a synopsis of this study was posted by Gary Wright moderator of New England Networking a Yahoo Group way back on Nov 23,2005 and the next day I posted it at Sourcers Unleashed,also a Yahoo group.
What is also not mentioned here is 'that there is an equally alarming failure rate among newly hired employees from the executive ranks through those of middle management.'
