I know a lot of people are going to hate me for this, but I'm saying right now: NO MORE JOB BOARDS!
They made sense at one point, but it's getting out of hand, and the spam is outrageous.

Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater. Use niche boards. These boards do not generate the spam that we all hate and they have better candidates. See www.clinicalgigs.com for Clinical Research Jobs and www.nicheboards.com for some others.

No hate from me. I'm honestly sick and tired of the amounts of spam that I receive as a result of having an account on these job boards. 90% of my mail from Monster and Career Builder are ads for services that I don't need and I don't want!
