Before the shoot, we'll get together to determine the exact message you need or want to communicate to the target audience and will work with you to plan the shoot in the most efficient manner. This plan will ensure the shoot goes as planned and provides as little distraction as possible to your employees.
We keep it simple on shoot day; your videographer will arrive with a camera, some microphones and a light kit and will work with you to select the best location(s) to film and set-up the equipment. Following the plan you've agreed to, the videographer will work with the individuals selected for interviews to capture the most genuine and authentic footage to support the production. Depending on the end-product desired, most shoots last (from start to finish) two to three hours - not days or weeks.
Once the shoot is complete, your videographer will review the footage and produce the video to your specifications. Depending on the scope of the project, you'll receive a proof of your video within days (not weeks or months) so that you can begin using the video as soon as possible for your employment marketing goals.
