Your CV is the first thing a potential employer sees, it is nearly always the document they will refer to when they want to know more about you. However most people don't really understand what a CV is for, how it is used by recruiters, or how best to use their CV to sell themselves to prospective employers. Ultimately a CV should reflect how great you are! It should be seen as a brilliant chance to show off and prove to potential employers that they need you!
