As you may guess, I get a lot of questions around Sourcing and Recruiting; actually I get LOTS of questions and I try to answer them all on my blog. (Please keep those questions coming!) Anyways, I also get a lot of questions from jobseekers.
“Jim, what is the best way to do this?” One would ask.
“How do you suppose I should do that?” Another would chime in.
Well, I don’t know if its a sign of times, but those questions have been increasing, so I decided… why not? I’ll start another blog for jobseekers.
