This is pretty interesting - GiggedUp launched yesterday, which is a social site for posting video job interviews. Users create profiles, post their resume in up to four different formats, and request endorsements from friends (much like LinkedIn.) What is different about this site, is the ability to upload a video interview - in response to an employer posting, record yourself answering a series of questions and add it to your GiggedUp profile.
