Recruiting.com is a Recruiting Blog Community Portal.
User Submited, User Moderated, User Discussion
Perhaps the biggest change of all on Recruiting.com is that you can now submit news articles as well as blog posts and anything you think the readers of Recruiting.com would like to see. Once submitted, the rest of us can view this and most importantly acknowledge the information by voting on in. We can all build a system to better deal with the increased amount of recruiting related information being created daily.
Each story, whether it's submitted by a user or written by a recruiting.com author, is just a starting point—you can contribute at any time by adding comments to a feature or submission.
Editors Picks
Anthony, Jim, and myself will always be on the lookout for the stuff we like and will make this part of the editors picks.
How to Get involved
You can participate in any number of ways.
- Submit a Story - This is the most important way you can contribute. When you see something interesting on the web that's related to recruiting, submit a link and description to that content by clicking the "submit an article" link. This can be a link to a blog post, a newspaper article, a new piece of software, or anything else you think the community would be interested in.
- Voting - Any user can vote on any story they see on the site that they feel is interesting. The highest votes are liklier to appear on the home page of recruiting.com and will be presented in the "Best of Category" views.
